We are currently looking for a Senior Representative in the Service Department.
What is the job?
The position consists of receiving calls for installation appointments including optimization and scheduling of routes for installation, Confirm installations with customers.
What are your tasks?
- Make installation appointments including route optimization and planning for installation,
- verification of requests by customers via the website.
- Confirm facilities and communicate effectively with operations
- Management of the assigned installation team,
- Processing of project feedback, monitoring and analysis,
- Help ensure ongoing follow-up with clients and respond to their requests,
- Assist in providing after-sale customer service to customers
- Make customer service calls for other departments when required,
- Bilingual both written and oral
